Representation of interests of the largest financial and industrial group of Ukraine

The lawyers of Voropaev & Partners Law Firm represented the interests of the largest financial and industrial group of Ukraine in joint (50/50) assets in the mining and non-metallic industry, including making a significant contribution to the successful achievement of agreements with other controlling shareholders on an acceptable to all parties to the corporate governance system and fixing such agreements in shareholder agreements and other documents under the law of England, Cyprus and Ukraine and, at this stage, provide support for the day-to-day corporate management of such joint assets.
